Pleno del Congreso aprobó Ley de Reforma Magisterial

A la medianoche.
El pleno del Congreso de la República aprobó en la madrugada de hoy la llamada Ley de Reforma Magisterial, que reemplaza la Ley de Carrera Pública Magisterial, aprobada en el segundo gobierno aprista.
Exactamente a la 1:10 am y por 51 votos a favor, 13 en contra y 14 abstenciones, nuestro parlamento decidió darle luz verde a la propuesta del gobierno nacionalista.
El dispositivo legal beneficiaría a cerca de 200 mil maestros en todo el país. No obstante, el principal de educadores, el SUTEP, ha mostrado su rechazo total a la medida.

ESTIMADOS COLEGAS, DEBEMOS RECORDAR QUE ESTA LEY FUE APROBADA ENTRE GALLOS Y MEDIANOCHE, AL MEJOR ESTILO DEL "FUJIMONTESINISMO". LOS CONGRESISTAS OFICIALISTAS DESFILARON COMO "CORDERITOS" A VOTAR A FAVOR DE ESTA NEFASTA LEY ANTICONSTITUCIONAL SIGUIENDO LAS ORDENES DE SUS JEFES OLLANTA HUMALA, NADINE HEREDIA, LA MINISTRA SALAS Y EL NUEVO "VIRREY DEL PERU" EL MINISTRO CASTILLA. ESTA NORMA QUE ATENTA CONTRA LOS DERECHOS ADQUIRIDOS POR LOS MAESTROS TRAS LARGOS AÑOS DE LUCHA Y QUE DE NINGUNA MANERA PUEDEN SER BORRADOS, NI OLVIDADOS POR EL GOBIERNO.
AHORA NUESTRA LUCHA SE INICIA EL EL TRIBUNAL CONSTITUCIONAL Y EN LOS ORGANISMOS INTERNACIONAL, CON LA AYUDA DE EXPERTOS JURISTAS.
MANTENGÁMONOS DE PIE Y ATENTOS A LOS LLAMADOS DEL SINDICATO. ES LA HORA DE DEMOSTRAR QUE LOS MAESTROS NO NOS DEJAMOS PISAR EL PONCHO Y QUE SOMOS CORAJUDOS Y LUCHADORES.
